It has only taken me 364 days to get my husband’s portrait for my blog. He is one of the most stubborn buggers around when he wants to be!
This is my little boy doing what he loves the most – climbing! Good times 🙂
We’re at Mum & Dad’s place for Christmas and it’s a bird haven here. I shot this perfect pair this morning while having my first cup of tea. Although I’m not an avid bird watcher or anything, they are a great subject to shoot, especially these guys which are very friendly!
The boys both had a great day at Jett’s birthday party on the weekend. I caught Ethan giving this cheeky look to Grandma, I’m pretty sure she was telling him to keep his hands close while Mr Crunch, the grumpy baby crocodile, was out of his box. I can only imagine what was going through that crazy 6 year old mind of his at that moment!
The rain has finally stopped and our backyard is waterlogged! Ethan was in amongst the puddles & mud this afternoon, I love shooting reflections!
Our little girl Juno was not happy to be on the other side of the gate this afternoon when I was out the front shooting. Her eyes say a thousand words…
My boys are growing up in a totally different world to what I did, and I can only imagine what their grandparents must think! Technology is out of control, yet we don’t want to live without it and sometimes I think my 7 year old knows more than I do!! This is my modern day portrait of my boy, by the light of his iPod.
Finally, I have captured Ethy playing his guitar which I have been wanting to shoot for ages. Although the guitar is coloured an awesome blue, the photo really suits monochrome. I will post some detail images of the guitar tomorrow and show off its colour. My little musician in the making…
Eyes can be so expressive sometimes! Ethan was actually mucking around trying to pose for me when he started being silly with his eyes. I love this shot of him looking cheeky & a littler spooked out at the same time!
Who could say no to this little miss?!
